The following evidence is respectfully submitted in support of Mr. Vladislav Gurabanidze (scientist) petition for classification as a qualified immigrant under the preference of aliens with extraordinary ability. This evidence will specifically demonstrate that Mr. Vladislav Gurabanidze qualifies for the classification under Section 203(b)(1)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act [8 U.S.C. 1153] as an alien with extraordinary ability due to the following reasons:

Part 1) Mr. Vladislav Gurabanidze possesses extraordinary ability in science, specifically in IT/Web (Web Developer, Web Designer [Soc code: 15-1250, Software and Web Developers, Programmers]), which has been demonstrated by sustained national and international acclaim and his achievements have been recognized in the field through extensive documentation. Part 2) Mr. Vladislav Gurabanidze has a level of expertise indicating that he is one of that small percentage who has risen to the very top of the science [computer science] (specifically in IT/Web (Web Developer, Web Designer [Soc code: 15-1250, Software and Web Developers, Programmers]). (Please refer to Sections 1 [A], Sections 1 [B], Sections 1 [C].)

Part 3) Mr. Vladislav Gurabanidze provides evidence that he satisfies 9 [nine] (i, ii, iii, v, vi, vii, viii, ix, x) (1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) of ten (10) criteria listed in 8 CFR, Section 204.5(h)(3), namely:

According to the organizers of the competition, there will be nothing left on the Georgian Internet soon except sites equipped with illegal music, movies and pornographic content. Georgian Internet is on the verge of extinction.

"National Internet Competition 2007" aims to improve this much worse situation.

The world internet is already at a new stage, with new conceptual technologies called Goes to WEB 2.0, while in Georgia the so-called pirated. "Varezuli" sites boom, say the organizers of the competition - the newspaper "Navigator" and "ITDC".

The main goal of the competition is to stimulate the creation of interesting and useful Georgian websites, online stores, blogs, social networks, children's and educational Internet resources.

This year’s competition marathon started on June 26 and will end on September 26. Applications close on September 19th. Every person or group who has decided to create a site with an unfinished internet project or even at the idea level is given the opportunity to refine their own site and participate in the competition. Only Georgian sites created in 2006-2007 will be able to participate in the competition.

"Pirate" sites with illegal content will not be allowed to participate in the contest.

The competition is held in 8 categories, with solid cash prizes. In addition, in a separate nomination, the general sponsor of the competition, Magti, a cellular communication company, awards a prize for creating a Bali student website and image site in Bali.

Information:
e-Residency of Estonia (also called virtual residency or E-residency) is a program launched by Estonia on 1 December 2014. The program allows non-Estonians access to Estonian services such as company formation, banking, payment processing, and taxation. The program gives the e-resident a smart card which they can use to sign documents. The program is aimed towards location-independent entrepreneurs such as software developers and writers. The first e-resident of Estonia was British journalist Edward Lucas; the first person to apply for and be granted e-residency through the standard process was Hamid Tahsildoost from the United States.

An application for e-residency can be made online by filling in a form, supplying a scan of a national passport and a photograph, and giving the reason for applying (which does not strongly affect the outcome of the application). Kaspar Korjus, former managing director of the e-residency program, said that applicants who had been involved in financial misbehaviour such as money laundering would be rejected. Successful applicants would be invited to an interview in Tallinn or an Estonian embassy about three months after applying, and would then, if successful, be issued with their card. The certificates of the document are valid for five years, up from three years when the program was first announced. After that period, if a person wishes to continue using e-services, they have to apply for a new document. The application process will be the same as when they first applied. A state fee needs to be paid again when they submit a new application.

Georgian daily newspaper, published in Tbilisi in 1911, editor-publisher - A. Ghuladze. 31 issues were released.
Georgian daily political and literary newspaper of social-democratic orientation. It was published in Kutaisi in 1912-1913. Editor-Publisher - I. Rukhadze. Imedi TV was founded in 2001 and has been broadcasting since March 15, 2003.

For the first time in Georgian TV space, Imedi TV started showing licensed products. The news is covered operatively and objectively by the viewers throughout the day. In addition to news, we offer viewers adapted versions of world-famous television formats, Georgian and foreign feature films, TV series, documentaries and animated films, as well as live broadcasts of world-famous movies, music and other awards ceremonies.

We refuse to broadcast unlicensed productions on television and believe that it is in the interests of the TV station to establish legal relationships with suppliers of leading video, music and film productions.

We are constantly monitoring and taking into account the current needs of the television industry, the dynamic development of events and the ordering of the public, and we are in the process of constant updating and searching.

Our goal is to spread the TV signal almost all over Georgia and create interesting content for the widest possible audience, as well as to maintain the high quality of the presented products, and to establish long-term partnerships with our suppliers and existing and potential customers.
Radio Imedi first aired on 105.9 FM in December 2001 in Tbilisi. Since December 2003 "Radio Imedi" has broadcast 24 hours a day across all the settled territory in Georgia.

The Georgian National Communications Commission (GNCC) suspended Imedi TV's broadcast license for a three-month period, citing violation of law on broadcasting by the television station. The GNCC says in its decision that on November 7, Imedi TV reported "an obvious disinformation that law enforcement officers were planning to storm cathedral of Holy Trinity... This report has created an imminent and real threat of overgrowing riots into large-scale massive unrests, which could eventually led to uncontrollable processes." Georgian officials further accused Patarkatsishvili of controlling the Imedi TV’s editorial policy and using it for inciting unrests. As a proof for their allegations, Georgia's General Prosecutor's Office released, on November 16, 2007, several taped phone conversations between Patarkatsishvili and Giorgi Targamadze, chief of Imedi TV’s political programs, and also between a producer and a journalist of Imedi TV. The government's closure of the station and the handling of the demonstration were criticised by the West.

Imedi resumed broadcast on September 2008. It's new director general, Giorgi Arveladze was very close to government, so Imedi became pro-govermental TV station among with Rustavi 2 and Georgian Public Broadcasting. Imedi was in scandal on March 2010, when it broadcast news hoax. After this disinformation, 3 people were died. After this, Imedi's trust was decreased.

On October 16, 2012, 15 Days after 2012 Georgian parliamentary election, Imedi was returned to Patarkatsishvili family. After this, Imedi became Independent TV station again.

On August 30, 2015, Imedi canceled popular talk shows "Reaction" and "Imedi's Week", hosted by popular anchorwoman Inga Grigolia. Soon, Imedi became pro-govermental again.

On 2021, Imedi was bought by "Hunnewell Partners" company.

The exhibition “Web Designs Evolution” will be organized by Vladislav Gurabanidze, Chairman and Member of the Georgian Professional Information Technologies Specialists Association, Member of the Graphic Designers of Canada (GDC) and Web Specialist, on 30 May 2021 - 17:00 at Art Gallery - Vake, Address: 47 Irakli Abashidze Street.

The exhibition “Web Designs Evolution” where chronologically you can view web design, development stages in Georgia, where the visual and graphic side of web designs has changed significantly over the last 20 years.

During these years, these web designs were created by Vladislav Gurabanidze. The purpose of this exhibition is to show the stages of the design of web pages in Georgia 20 years ago and what it is now.

A web specialist is specifically a webmaster. In Russian, Vlad doesn't constitute a separate name but it is a short (affectionate) form of several Russian masculine names, such as Vladimir, Vladislav, Vladlen, Vsevolod, etc.
